My Doula Services
Death is a natural process that we will all experience in our own lives. As a doula, it is my job to be there to support your families needs in any way I can, and provide to you the connections you may need to be as comfortable and as stress free as you can during the process. Through my certifications, I am trauma informed and have a deep understanding of the grieving process.
My Mission
The end of life is something we will all experience in our lives, and for a lot of us the topic of death can be uncomfortable and something we try to avoid. There is so much that goes into the end of life, and much of it creates heightened stress and anxiety when caring for loved ones nearling the end of their life.
My job as a doula is to provide care and comfort to families who are experiencing the loss of a loved one, provide additional services that reduce stress, guiding grieving families to understand and navigate their thoughts and feelings, work with families to create an end of life plan that fits the families and loved ones needs and religious and spiritual beliefs.
My job is to listen to the needs of my clients and provide the needed support for a smooth transition. How can I support you and your family at this time?

Breathwork
Our breath is an immediate connection to life itself. It is essential to how we live and experience the world. Our nervous systems hold and react to our stress and anxieties in different ways, mostly affecting how we breathe. Breathwork can be used to balance the nervous system, benefiting spiritual, mental, and physical health.
Reiki
Intention is a huge aspect of what I do for work. I have learned to create intentional practices that benefit me and my clients. Reiki is the process of using intentional hand placement, intuition, and breath to move stagnant energy in the body and environment creating a more open space for healing and comfort.
Mediumship
Mediumship is the process of making a direct connection to the spirit world for guidance and messages. Mediumship is the connection to loved ones who have already crossed over, but can hold valuable information and guidance for the current situation.
Payment
My End Of Life Doula services are $70 an hour, with ALL of my other services included for completely FREE.
About Me.
Over the past few years, I have connected hundreds of people to their loved ones in spirit as a medium and have fallen in love with what I do. Having experienced grief, it inspired me to learn more about the grieving process and the end of life by exploring my mediumship abilities and becoming a certified End-of-life Doula with the University of Vermont. I also became certified as a breath coach after exploring many forms of healing for my own chronic illnesses. Breathwork became a practice that I couldn’t stop doing. I have seen benefits in my life and health using practical, safe, and science-based breathing exercises over time. As a certified breath coach, I hope to bring these same practices to you.
The past few years of my life have lead me down a personal journey of self-discovery. Every moment of my life has lead me to where I am today. The grief and trauma I have experienced, the people I have met, and following my own curiosity and passion in life, is what lead me to where I am now. Four years ago I would have never guessed I would be working as a Doula and Medium, but I have my experiences to thank for bringing this purpose to me. I've always known I wanted to help people, but never really knew how. I am grateful I get to be a Doula and Medium and make a difference and positive change in this world.
I hope that through my work I can help keep conversations about death and grief going, helping others work through their fears surrounding death and life expereinces, and sharing the importance of End Of Life Doulas in our world today!
